CARACAS - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez back a third undergoing chemotherapy at the Military Hospital in Caracas, Venezuela. Chavez was accompanied by two daughters and an aide while undergoing treatment.Unlike the previous perwatan conducted in Cuba, this time Chavez entered the Military Hospital Dr. Carlos Arvelo in Venezuela. Chavez also determined to fight the cancer coming back, after it has been two months of treatment.
"I was in good condition. I'll come out stronger from the hospital again," Chavez said as quoted by the Associated Press on Sunday (28/08/2011).
Earlier Chavez, accompanied by a team of doctors from Cuba and Venezuela, decided that the third chemotherapy is better done in Venezuela. The decision was taken after doing a series of tests by team doctors.
"I am determined to continue to live. This is not a time to die. What we're doing today is still useful," said Chavez.
Chavez is continue to show a sense of optimism to face the disease she faced cancer. He had surgery in Cuba to remove tumors that contain cancer cells in June.
The tumor was not explained anywhere on the body, but in the last inspection there are no cancer cells are found. Chavez said the chemotherapy was doing is a form of prevention.
