TEHRAN - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad insisted no room for Israel to stand in the Middle East region. Ahmadinejad's harsh speech delivered following the establishment of a Palestinian state.Ahmadinejad's comments are indeed anti-Israel rhetoric shows that he believed all along. Ahmadinejad had even led to controversy as in 2005, he said Israel should be erased from the face of the earth.
State Leaders Paramullah tough stance is made in conjunction with the ongoing support of Palestinian demonstrations. The demonstrations took place throughout most of Iran.
Demonstration conducted as a form of Iranian support for Palestinian, as well as critical of Israel. At the same time Ahmadinejad said the establishment of Palestinian State is a step towards the independence of Palestine as a whole.
"The recognition of an independent Palestinian state is not the main goal. But this is an initial step towards complete freedom of Palestinian land," said Ahmadinejad in after Friday prayers at Tehran University, as quoted by the Associated Press on Friday (08/26/2011).
"(For Israel) era you're done. You guys have no place anymore in our region and among our nations," he continued.
Palestinians will formally submit their independence to the Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Ban Ki-moon 20 September next. The filing coincides with the UN General Assembly to 66.
These results taken by the Palestinians after the peace negotiations with Israel do not find agreement. Israel itself opposed the steps taken by the Palestinians, insisting that the negotiation is the way to resolve the conflict.
